A warm welcome to the London (BAME) Womens’ Writers Group. We are a network of creatives who meet regularly to share new writing, offering you positive and constructive feedback. We believe that in order to reflect the true diversity of London and the UK, womens’ stories must be allowed to take the centre stage in mainstream arts. Meetings take place at the Brockley Jack on Sundays coinciding with Scratch at the Jack.

We particularly aim to support writers and actors who identify as BAME and are open to all women. Men are welcome at the group meetings as allies, to support the work of our members. We encourage you to consider how your presence helps the population the group is intended for.
